“Now Voice This 5” Submissions
For the first time (ironically due to the Coronavirus), I had the opportunity to audition for and participate in the “Now Voice This” online competition, hosted by veteran and anime dub actor, Chuck Huber.
I was fortunate enough to make it all the way to the Semi-Finals, but alas, I was not part of the lucky 25 actors to be chosen to compete for the winning slots. The competition was quite broad, varied, and full of incredibly impressive and talented people, many of whom I had the chance to begin building friendships with. So the experience, more than anything benefited me the most in the long run.
Below, I’d like to share links to Tweets of my original entries to each of the first four NVT rounds. This contest gave me the unique opportunity to write my own original short scenes, something which I had never done previously, and intend to continue doing from here on out. Eventually these scenes will be posted to my Youtube channel as well, but for now, here they are in their original form.
